Billets
Formed through a continuous casting process, Gerdau billets represent an intermediate stage product. Billets are used as material for rolling long steel products, such as structural shapes, wire rod, tubes, angles and rebar, as well as used in the forging of a wide range of OEM products. Available in grades to match specific customer requirements, Gerdau billets in North America are created from a high percentage of recycled raw material, ensuring an environmentally-responsible approach to final product composition.
