U.S. Steel Rebar Final Imports: Final rebar imports to the U.S. came in at 213,106 tons for the month of June 2023, up 172% m/m. Algeria was the largest exporter of rebar with 103,683 tons this month (49%). The Houston-Galveston, TX port was the largest receiver of rebar this month, receiving 87,811 tons.

U.S. Steel Merchant Final Imports: Final merchant imports to the U.S. came in at 50,246 tons in June 2023, increasing 16% month over month (m/m). Mexico and Canada, combined, account for 89% of the total this month. Laredo, TX was the largest receiver of merchants this month, receiving 24,796 tons of the total.

U.S. Fabricated Beam Final Imports: Final fabricated beam imports to the U.S. came in at 76,067 tons in June 2023, increasing 18% month over month (m/m). Mexico was the largest exporter of fabricated beams with 17,313 tons this month (23%). The Houston-Galveston, TX port was the largest receiver of fabricated beams this month, receiving 11,993 tons.
